The PagerDuty data source has been rebuilt. Every data stream now has its own parameters, so you can narrow a tile down to the status, urgency, service, team, assignee or schedule you care about. EU-hosted accounts are supported too: pick your service region at setup.
Incidents now return assignees, priority, escalation policy, teams and who resolved them. Three new data streams cover per-responder workload, notifications sent to responders, and incident metrics by service, team or escalation policy. Four dashboards ship out of the box: Overview, On-Call, Service and User.
