Systems Center Config Manager (aka SCCM) manages patching for Windows endpoints (primarily desktop/laptop devices), keeps track of compliance, distributes apps to endpoints and handles endpoint management. SquaredUp customers want to see: Windows devices current OS and patch levels + latest available from MS Endpoint protection status (which SCCM pulls from Defender I believe) - what are the AV/malware definitions on each endpoint and what is the latest version Asset management - while not core to what SCCM is used for, it is used as a supplemental info on the hardware specs of all endpoints managed with SCCM (EG CPU, disk, memory) OS deployment - pushing Windows to machines and re-imaging existing machines Software deployment and management - the apps installed on each endpoint along with their version info and config Endpoint health + alerts where there are issues
Derdack Enterprise Alert
Derdack's Enterprise Alert is a automated alert and on-call management system. An integration with Derdack and Squared Up can associate a dashboard with an on-call team/on-call engineer to take action.
The ability to use domain based accounts would be very useful. A lot of companies frown upon using local accounts for security reasons.
SCOM custom classes, groups, better errors & split Linux and Windows computers
Merge the SCOM MI plugin and the regular SCOM plugin so I can use the functionality from both regardless of where SCOM is hosted. Support SCOM custom classes from my custom authored MPs for scoping and within datastreams Split "hosts" so I can scope Windows and Linux computers separatly from eachother Import SCOM groups into graph to be able to scope using them Report plugin error messages to me as an end user so I dont need to look at the relay agent logs to figure out what is going wrong. Support SCOM Distributed Applications like you do EAs Add configurable datastreams to allow me to pick any metric from SCOM rather than just those selectable from an existing datastream
Maintenance ribbon for SquaredUp
I need to have a General opportunity for informing about Maintenance Information to all dashboard users regardless of in which dashboard they are. A Maintenance Ribbon bar above existing dashboard menu list with a hide "X" button would be perfect. The information inside the Ribbon bar can be edited/configured from System settings.....
PRTG is an agentless network monitoring solution. The planned work here focuses on the hosted version of PRTG. If you are interested in an on-premise integration please suggest it!
