Changelog - February Update

This release brings group permissions for admin-controlled access management, and one-click expression insert to speed up tile editing. Other enhancements include negative value support in stacked bar charts, Lodash in Web API response scripts, and smarter rate limit handling. A wide range of bug fixes improves stability across KPIs, timeframes, SQL Analytics, and several visualisation types.
