Zendesk oauth support

This will enable users to sign into the data source with their username/password rather than have to generate an API key

Jira Service Management

The ServiceNow plugins imports Business Applications and Services including relationships with common fields such as Criticality, Classification, Owner etc. Custom classes are also supported. A number of datastreams provide data around Incidents and Change Requests.

Brands, forms, users, groups, tags are all imported via the Zendesk API and datastreams provide ticket lists and metric data such as Tickets Solved this Month.
